(Due to limited availability of space and material we encourage early online registration. Spot registration is subject to availability of spots and supplies and will be on first come first serve basis)
Registration Fee: Painting competition: $10 per participant
Exhibition cum sale spot: $15 per spot

Rules and Regulations
❖ Please arrive at the registration desk on 12/6/2025 at 9:30 am.
❖ Competition will start at 10:00 am and end at 12:00 noon. (NO Extension of end time will be provided even if participant arrives
or starts late).
❖ Judges with evaluate the paintings from 12 noon and Prize distribution ~ 1 -1:30 pm.
❖ Food / Drinks are NOT ALLOWED at the venue per venue restrictions.
PAINTING COMPETITION
● Materials Provided: Paper, Colors (Acrylic and Pastel/Crayons) and Brushes (Personal paper or colors cannot be used)
● Participants will be divided into 4 Groups
○ Elementary school level: 5-10 yrs (in 2 subgroups: 5-7yrs and 8-10yrs)
○ Middle school level: 11-14yrs
○ High school level: 15-18 yrs
○ Adults: 18 +
● THEME: Participants will receive the Theme /Topic of their group once finalized in email. Practice at home and paint the the
venue from memory. Use of Phone/cheat sheets will result in disqualification from the contest and No refunds will be provided.
● Family/friends are not permitted to be with participants during the competition; doing so will result in disqualification.
● Each subgroup/group will have 2 winners.
● Winners will be selected by the Judges, and their decision is final and binding.
● Every participant will receive a participation certificate.
EXHIBITION
● Each spot will be half the table length (about 3 or more feet depending on the table length)
● Please BRING your OWN Display stands /Trifold if needed.
● We have limited trifolds available on a first come first serve basis. It cannot be reserved or guaranteed.
● Exhibits CANNOT be displayed on the WALLS using glue or Pin or using any other fixtures.
● Provide a small description of your exhibit (not more than Half page) and display with the exhibit along with Artist’s name
and Grade (if in school).
● Organizers will not participate in the sale of any exhibit or share the sales proceedings.
● Safety of Exhibits is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. Organizers or any other individual or entity will not be responsible
for claims of Authenticity or ANY damage to the exhibit. Exhibitors will have to sign a waiver to this effect.
Note: Ohmkaram/Kalakriti reserves the right to display the paintings (including digital copy) of the participants to promote Ohmkaram’s mission goals and to promote art and culture but not for commercial use.
